Toyota Scion iQ

Barely longer than the Smart car (and 20 inches shorter than the Fiat), the iQ manages to fit in four seats—two of which aren't very useful unless a single person is sitting sideways. Like all Scions, the iQ is highly customizable, with seven exterior colors and a sound system befitting a much pricier car. Starts at $15,265.
