Buick Regal GS
(General Motors + Opel)
$35,310

If you take a peek beneath the Regal's stylish surface, you'll find an Opel Insignia, a sports sedan that won coveted European Car of the Year honors in 2009. The GS version includes a 270-hp turbo four-cylinder engine and a six-speed transmission, injecting the German model with some Motown attitude.
