This move not only strengthens your legs and chisels your core but also fires up your hard-to-ignite fast-twitch muscles. Better yet, a few sets of ninja jumps with a sandbag throw tossed in make for a total-body workout in just a few minutes. Try three sets of five reps and you'll feel the burn all day long.

Start on your knees with your back straight.
Power into the air from your hips and land on your feet. If you need to, start out by resting your hands on two chairs for balance.
