Camilo Villegas arrived at the University of Florida in 2000 as the best Colombian golfer in a generation. There was only one problem: The Medellin native was a scrawny 138 pounds and no match for the bigger guys playing Division I golf. So Villegas, who turned pro in 2004, began crafting a training regimen that now ranks as not only the most brutal workout routine on the PGA tour but one of the most grueling in all of sports.
